The Brunner Pouter pigeon is a breed of domestic fancy pigeon from Czech Republic. It was actually developed in the Brunn area of Czech Republic, and was developed over many years of selective breeding.
This breed and other varieties of domesticated pigeons, all are descendants from the wild or feral rock pigeon.
It is one of the most popular blower breeds. And is the smallest of the popular pouter pigeon breeds.

Brunner Pouter Pigeon Appearance
The Brunner Pouter pigeon is a small sized breed with slim and elegant body. It has a huge perfectly round crop or globe. Bill of these birds can rest nicely on the globe, and their eyes should be in a vertical line above the toes.
The overall impression is of an elegant, aristocratic bird that looks a tad delicate. Their eyes are deep yellow or orange in color, and the beak is thin and medium in length, with a dark or light horn color.
Neck of the Brunner Pouter pigeon is long and proportional, and the throat is sharply bent without any dewlap. The wings are long and narrow and the back also long and narrow. And the tail is medium in length and is well closed.
Legs and feet of these birds are long and straight, giving a high standing appearance. Their lower legs are of vivid red color, and are featherless.
They appear in a wide variety of colors and patterns, and they have soft, well aligned and medium length feathering.
