The Lucerne Gold Collar pigeon is a breed of domestic fancy pigeon from Switzerland. It was originated from Lucerne, Switzerland and was developed over many years of selective breeding.

This breed and other varieties of domesticated pigeons, all are descendants from the rock pigeon.

The breed is also known by some other names such as Lucernois à Col Doré, Luzerner Goldkragen and Lucernese a Collo Dorato. It had started to be developed by the breeder in the nineteenth century.

According to some records, this breed is a variety of Swiss Lucerne peak crested pigeon. And it is expressed as a result of cross-breeding between the Owl and races Switzerland.
